The town Viseu de Sus has two important rivers that are crossing the town: Vaser river from Maramures Mountains (Ignatescu Mountain) and Viseu river (Prislop). Here you can find: a mayor office (an old house in the center of the town), a museum of history and etnography (Libertatii street), a tourism info, the office of the Maramures Mountains Natural Park, a tourism office for the steam train (Cff Viseu), lots of family houses (pension), 2 hotels, and tradition.
